We are pleased to announce that in the second quarter of 2017, the construction of the second of four planned multi-family houses on "Warta Estate" will commence. The building will have 3 condignations and will be divided into 3 staircases. Inside we have designed 23 comfortable apartments ranging from 31 to 64 m2. Each apartment will be equipped with individual heating system - dual-function gas stove. On the ground floor there will be apartments with their own garden. On the first or second floor you can choose apartment with a balcony.
Parking is planned nearby building.
